Quite a while before I moved and joined the Grand River Bead Society here in Ontario, I had already across fellow member, Roxann Blazetich-Ozols's drop dead gorgeous beaded peacock creations. They garnered quite a bit of attention. The designs were actually a collaboration between lampwork artisan Mary Ann Helmond who made the peacock beads and Roxann who, as she said herself, engineered the beadwork to form magnificent Art Noveau peacock necklaces and other pieces.
